The process begins with an initial consultation conducted via video call or online questionnaire. During this session, we will assess the client's specific needs, space types (e.g., home office, closet, kitchen, bedroom), and goals for the organization process.

2. Virtual Decluttering Support

The next step involves a guided "detox" of the client’s space. Home Spaces provides virtual support through video calls, where we walk the client through the process of decluttering. Using a simple, yet effective approach, the consultant will help the client decide what to keep, donate, or discard, addressing the emotional and practical aspects of letting go of items. During this phase, Home Spaces also shares decluttering tips, and strategies to help the client stay motivated and make informed decisions. We might ask clients to take pictures of their spaces for a better feedback.

3. Custom Recommendations for Organizational Tools

Once the detox phase is complete, HomeSpaces will assess the client’s needs for organizational tools, such as storage containers, shelving units, drawer dividers, and labeling systems. Based on the space's layout and the client’s preferences, we provide you a list of recommended products, including links to purchase items online, ensuring they fit both the client's budget and style.

4. Categorization and Space Organization

In this stage, the client receives detailed instructions on how to categorize and organize their items into functional sections. Home Spaces will create a custom organizational plan for each area of the space, outlining the most efficient layout and storage options to maximize functionality. Through a combination of video tutorials and tasks the client will learn how to implement the plan. Home Spaces will help the client prioritize tasks and organize step-by-step, offering real-time support and advice during the process.

5. Follow-Up and Progress Tracking

During the organization process, Home Spaces include video calls to monitor progress and offer ongoing advice to ensure everything is functioning as planned.

6. Habit Formation and Routine Development

Home Spaces will offer tailored advice on establishing new routines that support a clean and organized environment, such as daily tidying practices or weekly maintenance schedules.
